SHIPPING POLICY 


Shipping Fees

  • Worldwide Free Shipping on My Speaker Stands products.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Reshipment Fees: If an order needs to be reshipped, a reshipment fee will be charged. Additionally, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product cost may apply.

Courier Services

  • My Speaker Stands partners with multiple shipping carriers to ensure broad coverage.
  • If you have any feedback, suggestions, or encounter issues with your shipment's courier, please contact us by email one@myspeakerstands.com.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • My Speaker Stands does not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Continental United States: 5 to 14 business days from the date of shipping.
  • Hawaii and Puerto Rico: 2 to 4 weeks from the date of shipping. 
  • International:
    • Canada: 1 to 3 weeks from the date of shipping.
    • Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, UK: 2 to 4 weeks from the date of shipping.
    • Other Countries: 3 to 6 weeks from the date of shipping.
Please Note: 
These are estimated times and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes or severe weather. If your order is not received within the estimated timeframe and you suspect it may be lost in transit, please submit a support ticket from your transactions page within 4 months of the shipping date or before the courier archives the tracking information.



RETURN POLICY


Easy 30-Day Return

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to My Speaker Stands within 30 days of the received date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

Return Eligibility Conditions

  • Items must be returned in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code), and must include all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • My Speaker Stands reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • Only the original purchase price is refundable. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at My Speaker Stands’ discretion for the same model or a manufacturer’s equivalent model.
Exchanges
  • Processing for mail-in exchanges may take 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Refunds & Credits
  • Once My Speaker Stands receives and inspects your returned item(s), a credit will be issued to your account within 5 to 7 days.
  • Refunds are typically issued via the same method used for the original purchase.
  • Only the original purchase price is refundable. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund if applicable.
