SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping fees

  • Free standard shipping to every country we ship to. Every order is tracked door to door and fully insured in transit.
  • Express upgrade (US and Canada only, speaker stands): chosen at checkout for an extra $99 (one pair of small stands) or $199 (one pair of medium or large stands). For larger orders, speakers, or express to other countries, please contact us first.
  • Reshipment fees: If an order needs to be reshipped, a reshipment fee will be charged. Additionally, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product cost may apply.

Delivery time

  • Production: standard sizes are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Custom sizes are made to order, so please allow 7 to 10 days for production.
  • Standard shipping: about 3 weeks after your order ships.
  • Express (US and Canada): about 2 weeks after your order ships.
  • These are estimates and may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, such as customs checks, carrier delays or severe weather.

Duties and import taxes

  • Duties included: For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand, we pay import duties and taxes through our delivery partner, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. This applies to both speaker stands and speakers.
  • This is not a 100% guarantee: customs rules and duty rates can change, and we may adjust this arrangement in line with policy changes without prior notice. Before you order, please contact our sales manager to confirm the delivery and duty arrangement for your country.
  • Other countries: Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient on delivery.

  • My Speaker Stands works with several carriers to cover every country we ship to.

PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses

  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
